I had rotator cuff surgery a few years back. Prior to the surgery I exercised regularly. Cardio Dance, Muscle Challenge, Pilates, Barre etc. I worried about not keeping up with my exercise routine. During the time I was undergoing physical therapy, Ivana took the initiative to develop an exercise regimen designed especially for me. I was able to exercise safely while recovering from surgery.
